Just beyond the kitchen, the living room features an exceptionally large couch with plenty of space for the whole family to relax together. Cozy up beside the gas‑log fireplace while watching your favorite movies on the flat‑screen TV—this inviting space is ideal for both quiet evenings and memorable moments.

The master bedroom is also located on this level, providing a tranquil retreat with a beautiful king‑size bed dressed in quality linens and plush towels. The private en‑suite bathroom includes a large soaking tub, separate walk‑in shower, and double vanity sinks for added comfort.

Step outside onto the expansive back deck, where eight charming rocking chairs and a table invite you to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. Sip your morning coffee while overlooking the rushing creek, listen to the soothing sounds of nature, or prepare lunch on the Weber gas grill for a relaxed afternoon outdoors.

A hallway on this level includes a high‑efficiency washer and dryer, along with extra storage space for your convenience.

As you make your way to the lower level, you’ll find two additional private bedrooms, each featuring a king‑size bed. This floor also offers a large finished living area with two twin beds, a ping‑pong table, dartboard, board games, a full bathroom, and access to a second deck. Whether soaking in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit with your favorite cocktail, or simply unwinding to the gentle sounds of the creek, this space easily becomes your happy place.

When planning your adventures, consider a scenic drive along Highway 261, climbing 3,000 feet over 12 miles to reach Carver’s Gap at Roan Mountain. Along the way, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views and excellent hiking opportunities along the Appalachian Trail.

Golfers are just a short drive from Grassy Creek Golf & Country Club, and nearby Spruce Pine offers delightful dining options and local charm. If you don’t mind a slightly longer drive, you’re about an hour from Asheville shopping, historic Johnson City, Mt. Mitchell, Roan Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, Boone, Banner Elk, ski resorts, white‑water rafting, gem mining, and so much more.

Creekside Haven Retreat is exceptionally private with easy, year‑round access. Situated on 2½ wooded acres, the property is rich with natural beauty—don’t be surprised if you spot wildlife such as deer, turkeys, rabbits, or groundhogs during your stay.
